My wife and I ordered some takeout. The service was polite and fast and all the food was delicious. We ordered pork chop suey, vegetable low mein and egg rolls. We will be back.

I really enjoyed my chicken fried rice, it was prepared perfectly. I have never been disappointed with what I get here, sizeable portions priced reasonably. The service was extremely fast and efficient, I was pleasantly surprised. It makes complete sense why people would continue coming back here for decades, it has a real 'family restaurant' feel to it. I can say this is possibly the most authentic Chinese food I can recall having in this area. The pre-ordering through Yelp is super convenient and streamlined as well. They had a really nice ambiance as well. Suzie went way out of her way to provide amazing service and I appreciate it. She made the experience even better and was a complete professional with a terrific attitude, I highly recommend this location and have no complaints about anything regarding China Garden or its food.

I dropped by the China Garden Restaurant with a group of friends for a lunch meeting.I like the look of the place. It is clean, comfortable, has parking in the back (meters on the street) and the servers were friendly and attentive. I started the meal with the Hot & Sour Soup, with an added dab of the hot sauce. This was tasty and exactly what I needed on a cloudy 69° day. I followed with the Broccoli Beef, Rice and Egg Roll, none which were exceptional in any way. I wasn't disappointed.The price was ridiculously low for the amount of food I got.Attention: Keep an eye on your meter because the cops seem to be on the lookout for violators.

We have known China garden for years they were ok but now oh boy they are declining in service & in portion offering it’s getting smaller & smaller more pricy & they expect you to eat the food without rice or you pay xtra c’ mom rice is the cheapest item it’s always free or is it Plus the lady st the register is so so stingy you think you’re asking for her first born if you ask for hot chili or xtra something on Day I ordered lunch special she packed normal size so when I said I just want the lunch size instead of saying ok take but next time specify she went inside took some out & brought it I think it’s the ultimate cheap customer service zero generosity I Was disgusted & never went back againIf one thing should not be on the menu is stinginess it doesn’t go far

I really like the food at China Garden. A pleasant garden like atmosphere with 5 star service completes the picture. Excellent egg rolls. Better than some big name Chinese restaurants. Garlic chicken is just spicey enough. Good heat! A favorite place to relax and enjoy.

Great prices amazingly consistently delicious food. eat in or take home . We love the cracker shrimp, they have great egg rolls . The China Garden Delight is wonderful. Lemon scallops are super yummy , so is the lemon fish. I really love the Shredded Pork with Crystal Noodles. We love the soft shell crab too...are you hungry yet? How about some delicious won ton soup? Or my favorite Hot and Sour soup. Watching a movie? Car in the shop? They deliver too...

The food was disappointing to say the least. Their New York chow mein was not a chow mein at all. It was bland just like most of the dishes we ordered. I hope the owners eat their own food and judge it for themselves. Please do.

Impeccable service, very attentive and pleasant. The food was absolutely awesome! Started with egg rolls and steamed dumplings! Yummy! Shared entrees: Chicken Lo Mein, Vegetable Egg Foo Young, Fish with Black Bean Sauce, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, Spicy Seafood Soup and brown fried rice! Everything was spectacular! Great family night out at a neighborhood favorite. Convenient, friendly and safe valet parking in back of restaurant. You cannot go wrong with China Garden Restaurant. When you crave chinese food - this is THE place! Enjoy!

I Really enjoyed every time I ate here. Best Chinese spot in the woodland hills area. I like the Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli, and any version of the lo mein. Also their egg flour soup is better then most spots.

Delivery was quick but considering we live .2 miles away I wasn’t impressed. They were so quick, they forgot to add in the second order of rice I paid for. I had the Kung Pao shrimp. It was below average. It was listed as spicy on the website and was pretty boring to taste. My husband had the orange chicken. He ate a little then threw the rest out it was so bad. I also ordered the broccoli in oyster sauce. It was broccoli rabe, so I was disappointed yet again. For the price, we’ll definitely go somewhere else next time.
